Taupo Rod and Tackle Club Weigh in for Feb 2024 – starting 16th Feb at 5pm

It’s time to put your angling skills to the test and have a chance to win some fantastic prizes.
Here are the details you need to know:
ENTRY FEE – Just $5 for adults and children. You can pay your entry fee at the Clubrooms or online, but make sure to do so before 7pm on Thursday, February 15th.

FISHING START TIME – The official fishing kick-off is 5am on Friday, February 16th. Get ready to cast your lines bright and early!
WEIGHING LOCATIONS – You can weigh your fish at Taupo Rod and Tackle in Tamamutu Street from Friday 16th, to Thursday 22nd Feb.
FINAL WEIGH-IN – The final weigh-in will take place at the Club Rooms on Thursday, 22nd Feb, between 5.30pm and 6pm. Make sure you’re there to find out who the winners are!
CATCH CARD – Remember, you are responsible for your signed catch card. Bring them to the club on Thursday, 22nd Feb, before 6pm to see if you’ve landed one of the winning catches (Printable catch card attached for your convenience)
PRIZES – Prizes will be awarded for the Heaviest Fish and Average Weight. This is your chance to showcase your angling skills and claim the title of the best catch!
It’s a fantastic opportunity to test your angling prowess, meet fellow fishing enthusiasts, and, most importantly, have a ton of fun!
